Acceptable Use Policy — Dispatch Sheets AI

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs use of Dispatch Sheets AI and related websites, account features, integrations, and APIs operated by Solei LLC (“Solei,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Policy forms part of the applicable Terms of Service.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to each customer, account owner, authorized user, and person who accesses or uses Dispatch Sheets AI (collectively, “Users”). A Customer is responsible for its Users and for ensuring that they comply with this Policy.

Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

2. Authorized business use

Dispatch Sheets AI is intended for lawful internal business use in connection with United States trucking and dispatch operations. Users may use the Service to extract structured information from Rate Confirmation documents and prepare or write reviewed information to Google Sheets they are authorized to access.

Users must not submit Customer Content unless they are authorized to process it through the Service. Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality, and source of Customer Content.

Users should submit only information reasonably necessary for the supported trucking and dispatch workflow. Unless Solei expressly agrees in writing or provides a feature designed for that information, Users must not submit:

Users must provide accurate account information, safeguard credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Users must not:

Users must not attempt to compromise, interfere with, or obtain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems. Prohibited conduct includes:

Users may connect only Google accounts, Google Sheets, tabs, files, and related resources they are authorized to use. Users must not use the Service to access, copy, index, or modify unrelated Google Drive content or another person’s Google resources without authorization.

Users are responsible for selecting the correct Google Sheet, managing Google permissions, reviewing connected resources, and revoking access when it is no longer required.

8. AI/OCR output and operational decisions

AI/OCR output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent. Users must review extracted fields and mappings before relying on them or authorizing information to be written to a Google Sheet.

Users must comply with the usage, file, subscription, and technical limits applicable to their plan. Users must not pool accounts, split activity across accounts, manipulate files or requests to evade limits, or use the Service in a manner that imposes an unreasonable burden on the Service or other customers.

Solei may apply reasonable technical controls to protect service availability, security, and fair access.

10. Monitoring and enforcement

Solei may investigate suspected violations and may restrict content processing, limit functionality, suspend access, or terminate an account where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, Users, third parties, or legal rights. Where appropriate and legally permitted, Solei may request corrective action before suspension or termination.

Solei may preserve or disclose information where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, respond to a security incident, comply with law or legal process, or protect rights and safety. Enforcement under this Policy is subject to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

11. Reporting violations

Report suspected violations of this Policy to [email protected]. Include enough information for Solei to understand the issue, but do not send passwords, authentication secrets, unnecessary personal information, or Customer Content unrelated to the report.

12. Changes to this Policy

Solei may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Service, risks, law, or business practices. Material changes will apply prospectively after reasonable notice where required. Continued use after the effective date of an updated Policy means acceptance of the updated Policy to the extent permitted by law.
