Drop in the document
A rate con, an invoice, a receipt, anything. A PDF, a scan, or a photo off your phone; the AI reads all three.
AI document parser for dispatchers
Dispatch Sheets.ai reads any document, from a broker's rate con to an invoice, BOL or fuel receipt, PDF or scan, and writes one verified row into your own Google Sheet, every field mapped to your columns. No retyping, no tab-switching, no fat-finger errors.

Getting started
The whole setup on video, from installing the add-on to your first parsed document.
How it works
It lives in the Google Sheets sidebar, next to the spreadsheet you dispatch from. You point it at your tab and columns once. After that, every load is these three.
A rate con, an invoice, a receipt, anything. A PDF, a scan, or a photo off your phone; the AI reads all three.
Every field your sheet asks for, whatever the layout. No per-broker setup, nothing to configure.
Each value lands in your column, on your tab. Low-confidence reads are flagged for you to check. Approve, and the row is written.
Built for the way dispatch actually works
Dispatch Sheets.ai doesn't ask you to migrate anywhere. It adapts to the sheet your fleet already runs on.
TQL, C.H. Robinson, Coyote, Landstar, the one-truck brokerage you've never heard of. The AI reads the document itself, whatever the layout.
It reads your header row and puts each value under the right column, whatever you call it: "Total Pay", "PU Date" or anything else. No setup.
A new row picks up the look of the ones above it: your bold, your colours, your date and money formats. It reads like you typed it in.
The parsed row is shown for review first. Low-confidence fields are flagged; dropdown-validated columns only accept your sheet's own options.
History shows each document, when it was parsed, and the exact row it created, so end-of-week reconciliation takes minutes.
Your file is deleted as soon as it's read, and we don't keep what was read from it. Upload history only notes the file name and where it went.
The math dispatchers actually care about
Call it two minutes to retype one document: find the PDF, squint at the numbers, copy them over, don't typo the ref number. Now multiply by your board.
≈ 1.5 hrs SAVED / WEEK PER 50 DOCUMENTSIllustrative averages. Your board, brokers and coffee intake may vary.

Yes. The AI reads the document itself, whatever the layout. TQL, C.H. Robinson, Coyote, Landstar, small brokerages, even layouts it has never seen before. There's no per-broker setup.
The load essentials a dispatcher retypes today: line haul rate, pickup and delivery with dates and times, total miles, rate per mile, equipment type, broker name and MC number, reference numbers. Every field is shown to you for review before anything is written.
No. Rate cons get the most care, but it reads any document: invoices, bills of lading, PODs, fuel and lumper receipts. It fills whatever columns your sheet has, matched by what each column is for.
No. Dispatch Sheets.ai only appends rows to the tab you choose, and only after you review and confirm them. It never edits or deletes your existing data.
The opposite: it adapts to you. It matches each value to your existing columns by what the column is for, keeps your column order, and even respects your data-validation dropdowns (if column F only allows "Dry Van / Reefer / Flatbed", that's all it will write).
The AI reads scans and phone photos directly, the same way it reads PDFs. If a field comes back low-confidence, it's flagged for your review instead of being silently written to the sheet.
The file is deleted as soon as it's read, and we don't store the values read from it: they go to your sheet and nowhere else. Upload history keeps only the file name, the sheet and tab, and how many fields were found. Details in our Privacy Policy.
Three, and each one does a specific job. See, edit, create and delete your Google Sheets spreadsheets. The add-on reads the header row of the sheet you have open so it can match your columns, then writes the extracted load into the row you pick. Display and run third-party web content in sidebars. The add-on's whole interface is a sidebar inside Google Sheets. See your primary Google Account email address. It identifies your Dispatch Sheets.ai account and subscription. We never open spreadsheets you haven't opened yourself, and we don't read the rest of your Drive. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
Install the add-on, open the sidebar in the sheet you already use, and drop in a PDF. That's the whole onboarding.
